Our Website calculates the Freight charge for each individual order, delivered to your nominated address. You simply select the goods you wish to purchase and click the Shopping Cart where you enter your postcode to be advised of the Freight charge. Our delivery charges are based on the volume and weight of your purchase as well as your delivery destination.
We dispatch paid orders either the first working day they are received or the very next working day. Goods will then arrive various days after this depending on your location.

Our delivery time ranges from 2-6 working days depending on your location and delivery service selected. Overnight delivery by Express Post is available for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane areas.
Our preferred delivery method is Australia Post and all orders by default will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to take delivery a card will be left to collect the item from your local post office. You can request an "Authority to Leave" in your order notes with instructions on where you would like the delivery left. In this case Auswrap can not be responsible for the item once delivered.
You can track your delivery by using the tracking information sent to your email when your order is dispatched. Please let us know if an order has not arrived within the outlined delivery time range so we can lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
There's nothing worse than paying for an item and never receiving it! If an item is lost in transit after investigating we will send replacement goods.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
